Pathway Studio는 pathway 분석소프트웨어로 연구자가 pathway, gene regulation network, protein interaction maps 같은 실험결과를 이해하는데 편리합니다. 또한 연구자의 microarray 데이터와 proteomics 데이터를 해석하고 단백질을 분류하며 pathway diagram을 그릴 수 있습니다. Pathway Studio는 다음 3가지 product로 구성되어 있습니다.

• ResNet : Mammalian 또는 Plant 연구의 생물학적 관계, ontology와 pathway들의 데이터베이스

  • KEGG, BIND, GO, PathArt, STKE Connections Maps, Prolexys HyNet 등

• MedScan : NLP(Natural Language Processing)를 응용한 과학문헌 자동 읽기, 단백질 중심의 생물학적 관계 추출

• Pathway Studio : 시각적인 실험데이터로부터 생물학자에게 친숙한 인터페이스를 제공

Pathway Visualization * Pathway를 보고, 그리고, 색칠하고, 편집하고 주석을 달 수 있습니다. * Pathway 구성을 자동으로 표현할 수 있는 automatic layout algorithm을 이용합니다. * Pathway를 HTML 이나 XML files와 같은 포맷으로 export 할 수 있습니다.

   • PathwayStudio를 실행하시고 이메일로 받은 라이센스를 입력하면 사용하실 수 있습니다.
