JCVI extends CLC bio site license through 2017
J. Craig Venter Institute(JCVI)는 2009년 여름에 CLC bio사와 4년 동안 site license agreement를 맺어 CLC bio사의 enterprise platform을 사용해왔고, 현재에는 Human Microbiome Project(HMP)의 한 부분을 포함하여 30 research grants 이상에서 사용하고 있습니다.
그리고 2013년 1월 8일, JCVI가 CLC Main Workbench의 site license를 2017년까지 총 5년을 연장하였습니다.

Beta release of Microbial Genome Finishing ModuleCLC bio사는 새로운 Finishing Module을 개발하였습니다. 이는 bacterial genomes, viral genome과 같이 작은 genomes을 완성시키는데 사용됩니다.
이 Module은 CLC Genomics Workbench에서 plug-in으로 이용 가능합니다.
