Improvements

  • “QIAseq template workflow“는 ”QIAseq Panel Analysis Assistant”에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • QIAseq Pro template workflow는 기본적으로 GenomeReferenceConsortium_masking_hg38_no_alt_analysis_set masking track을 사용합니다.
  • 다양한 template workflow 안에서 output name과 output folder 구조가 정렬되었습니다.
  • 800bp보다 긴 reads를 input으로 사용할 때, LightSpeed Fastq Germline Variants, LightSpeed Fastq Somatic Variants 그리고 LightSpeed Fastq Somatic Variant Tumor Normal에서 분석하지 못합니다.

Bug fixes

  • LightSpeed Fastq to Somatic Variants 및 LightSpeed Fastq to Somatic Variants Tumor Normal에서 매우 드물게 발생할 수 있는 많은 overlapping 된 변이가 있는 영역에서 변이가 잘 보고되지 않는 문제를 해결하였습니다.
  • LightSpeed Fastq Germline Variants, LightSpeed Fastq Somatic Variants 및 LightSpeed Fastq to Somatic Variants Tumor Normal에서 야기되는 broken pair에 각각의 reads 들이 최상의 alignment score를 얻지 못하는 포지션에 align되는 현상을 수정하였습니다.
